Aline Rivas-Vera is wanted by Kansas City Police and the FBI for international parental kidnapping in Platte City, Missouri. On March 15, 2006, law enforcement was notified that Chloe Combe-Rivas was allegedly taken to Mexico by her mother without the consent or knowledge of Chloe’s father. At the time of this incident, Rivas-Vera and her husband were in the process of getting a divorce. Additionally, on July 3, 2006, Rivas-Vera’s husband was granted sole custody, in the divorce decree, of their daughter Chloe. Aline Rivas-Vera was charged with international parental kidnapping on June 28, 2006, and a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Western District of Missouri.
Aline Rivas-Vera is a citizen of Mexico, who entered the United States in either 2001 or 2002 with a student visa. Additionally, she may be an escape risk and have suicidal tendencies.

Anthony Freddy Calzada
Authorities in Fort Washington, MD are searching for 7-year-old Anthony Calzada, who was abducted by his father, Freddy. They could possibly be in Bolivia – A federal warrant for International Parental Kidnapping was issued for Freddy on July 1, 2010, and authorities need your help in bringing Anthony home safely. Anthony’s case is listed on the America’s Most Wanted Website. and this case was aired on July, 2012 – Anthony was kidnapped at age 4 and is currently age 7, at the time of his disappearance he weighed approx 36 pounds and was 3’0” tall. Circumstances – Muncie, Indiana – Amine’s was allegedly abducted by his father, Omar Zahzouh on December 29, 2008. A felony warrant for Abduction was issued for Omar on March 3, 2009. They may have traveled to Noisy Le Sec, France or Oran, Algeria. Amine has a scar on his forehead and below his neck. Amine is currently 12 years old. He has black hair, brown eyes. At the time he weighed 86 pounds but most likely weighs more as of today. He was 4’2 in 2008 and has most likely grown much taller. Unlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution – Parental Kidnapping
Ann Kibalo is wanted for failing to return her daughter, Samantha, to the girl’s father after a court authorized weekend visit. Kibalo’s estranged husband had been awarded custody of their daughter after their divorce. Ann Kibalo was to return Samantha to her father in Suffern, NY, on February 3, 2001, but failed to do so. Neither Ann nor Samantha Kibalo have been seen since that time. On January 15, 2002, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Ann Kibalo in the United States District Court, White Plains, New York, charging her with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
Ann Kibalo may wear eyeglasses when driving. Her last known address was in New Hyde Park, New York. The Kibalos may be traveling with a 12 pound, red, mini Spaniel dog named Vodka.

Felony Warrant for Larry Grant – Wanted for the abduction of his two children
Larry Grant has a felony warrant in connection with the parental kidnapping of his two children, Larry Jr. Alan Grant (nicknamed Junior) and Trinity Grant, on April 15, 2011 from Dallas, Georgia – He is believed to have taken the children and travelled out-of-state.
Larry Grant was born February 15, 1978 and is described as a Caucasian male, 6’2” tall, weighing 175 pounds. He has brown hair, hazel eyes and a werewolf tattoo on his left upper arm.
Larry Jr. Alan Grant – born December 11, 2006 is described as a Caucasian male, 3’4” weighing approximately 38 pounds prior his kidnapping. He has hazel eyes and was last seen in Dallas, GA.
Trinity Grace Grant nicknamed, Gracie, Tee-Tee, was born March 22, 2008 and is described as a Caucasian female with blonde hair, blue eyes, 2’11, weighing approximately 35 pounds when she was last seen on April 15, 2011 in Dallas, GA.

2012 UPDATE ON YVETTE TORRES PARENTAL ABDUCTION CASE —
Yvette Torres, now 49, agreed to return to the United States and hand over her now 14-year-old teen daughter Sabrena to Long Island father Davis Beck after twelve years on the run. She was released on $75,000 bail in September, 2012 as part of the deal worked out in advance.

Yvette’s FBI Most Wanted Poster states Yvette took physical custody of her daughter, Sabrena, in Hauppauge, New York on June 17, 2000, for a scheduled two-week visitation. However, Torres failed to return the girl to her father on July 1, 2000, thereby violating the joint custody agreement she had with Sabrena’s father. A federal arrest warrant charging Torres with international parental kidnapping was issued on February 7, 2001, in the Eastern District of New York.

Leslie Delbecq and her parents, Jeanine De Riddere and Philippe Delbecq, are wanted for their alleged involvement in the kidnapping of Leslie Delbecq’s daughter, Gabrielle Dahm, from Broward County, Florida, in 2010. Leslie Delbecq is the ex-wife of Christopher Dahm, Gabrielle’s biological father. In January 2010, during a court hearing in Florida, Delbecq and Dahm were awarded joint custody of Gabrielle.
However, it is alleged that Leslie Delbecq and Jeanine De Riddere arranged for Gabrielle to be taken from Florida on August 2, 2010, and arrive in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on August 4, 2010. All of their tickets to Abu Dhabi allegedly were purchased through an airline employee, Philippe Delbecq, the father of Leslie Delbecq. On August 4, 2010, Leslie Delbecq failed to return Gabrielle to her father, Christopher Dahm, as stated in the Broward County Court order. Gabrielle is believed to have been moved to Abu Dhabi in violation of the court order that denied Leslie Delbecq’s request to relocate to Abu Dhabi with Gabrielle, and stated that Gabrielle is to remain in the United States.
On June 21, 2011, Leslie Delbecq, Jeanine De Riddere and Philippe Delbecq were indicted for international parental kidnapping by a Federal Grand Jury for the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. Federal warrants were issued for their arrests.
Jeanine De Riddere speaks English and may speak other languages. She has dual citizenship in Belgium and the Democratic Republic of Congo. She may travel to Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Belgium.
|RUWAYN OMAR MURADInternational Parental Kidnapping|
Ruwayn Omar Murad is wanted for allegedly kidnapping his two children from the residence of the parents of his estranged wife in Rutland, Vermont. On the morning of April 30, 2000, Murad traveled to Vermont in order to meet his children, Maya (then age 5) and a son (then age 2). Shortly after arriving at the residence, he took the children outside to play with them in the yard of the property. He was then observed forcing the children into a vehicle and leaving the area. A federal arrest warrant charging Murad with international parental kidnapping was issued in Burlington, Vermont, on May 25, 2000.
The boy was located and returned to the United States in May of 2010. His sister, Maya Murad, is still missing. Murad has a scar on his abdomen. He is thought to probably be outside of the United States and has ties to Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, Jordan, and France. He was working in New York until the time of the abduction. |ELIZABETH ANN STRATTONUnlawful Flight To Avoid Prosecution – Parental Kidnapping|
On December 16, 1997, Elizabeth Ann Stratton fled her Antioch, California, home with her two non-custodial children. On December 19, 1997, a letter written by Stratton arrived at the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office stating that she had taken the children, left California, and did not want anyone to find her or the children. Stratton was in the middle of a child custody dispute with her ex-husband at the time.
Her vehicle was later found parked at the Sacramento International Airport in Sacramento, California. It is believed that Stratton may have made contact with a group in Atlanta, Georgia, which assists women and children who claim to need protection from abusive husbands and parents.
A local complaint and arrest warrant for Stratton were issued by the Municipal Court in December of 1997 and she was charged with parental kidnapping. A federal warrant for Stratton for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was obtained in the Northern District of California on January 12, 1998.
Stratton’s two children were both safely located in 2010. She remains a fugitive.
Stratton was a heavy smoker at the time of her disappearance. She may wear glasses. Stratton may have dyed her hair red or bleached it blonder. Stratton was issued a United States passport in August of 1997. She should be considered a flight risk.
