Latest UPDATE – 09/05/12 – Tempe, AZ – Authorities say a missing Tempe woman has been found dead in her car in Pinal County.It appears 41-year-old Lisa McDonald died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The missing woman’s body was found yesterday. Detectives say no other information is being immediately released.

McDonald’s family reported her missing Monday, saying they were concerned for her safety.

They say she often took lengthy drives out of the Phoenix metropolitan area with no specific destination.

9/3/2012 – Tempe, Arizona → Tempe police are asking the public’s help in locating a missing woman. Police say Lisa McDonald, 41, was last seen Monday morning at her home near Warner Rd. and McClintock Dr. in Tempe.
Family members are concerned for her safety. She’s described as 5′ 10″ tall, 135 pounds, with dark blue eyes and shoulder-length blond hair with black underneath.  She was last seen wearing a black tank top and blue shorts and carrying a purple purse.
Family members also stated that Lisa often takes long drives outside the Valley with no destination in mind.  She was last driving a dark blue Nissan Versa with Arizona license plate ATG 4539.
If you see Lisa, do not approach her.  Instead, call 911.
